HI, I'M KALIE •
I’m a Belfast-based wedding photographer. I’m originally from Portland, Oregon, moved to Belfast in 2014, and have lived here ever since. I thought it would be temporary, but I’ve been calling it home ever since!
I’ve had a camera in hand as long as I can remember, and have been shooting professionally for over nine years. I’m fortunate enough to work alongside some amazing brands, publications and people.
I live in the east of the city with my husband, Gregg. When I’m not on a shoot, I’m found book-in-hand at a coffee shop or playing with our cat, Dorothy.

Usually, I'd arrange either a video or an in-person consultation where we talk about your day. What you're looking for, where it's at, important bits and bobs. From there, I take a 25% deposit to secure your date, along with a contract. Leading up to the wedding, I'd get all the important info, like times, addresses, and must-have shots. Next up is the wedding day!

Plan your day exactly how you want it! It's important to take advice, but at the end of the day, it's your wedding, and you want the day to be just as you imagined it.

I moved myself and my business to Northern Ireland from Portland, Oregon in 2014. It was certainly challenging starting from scratch in the wedding industry and starting new relationships with vendors and couples, but I wouldn't change a thing!

I started photography as a hobby while I was in uni. It continued to grow, and I fell in love with capturing people. Their love, stories and every little moment in between!

Relaxed, candid, and authentic! Typically, there’s a mix of more posed photos and documentary, with plenty of candids. I like to be as unobtrusive as possible and catch all those little moments you didn’t realise were happening. Most full-day weddings receive around 1-1.5k photos, in a mix of colour and black-and-white, with a focus on authentic moments and capturing your day exactly as it happened.
